Recently has received the letter from the reader of a blog with an interesting question. As I cannot answer it, simply I do not know that this such, have suggested to bring of it for discussion in a blog. Upon that also have settled. And though I personally think, that it most likely, an assemblage point... It only imho, besides I am not assured, that it so. Read is better, I result the letter text more low.
Probably, in the experts you faced something similar (?) or heard, know, etc. in general, I will be glad, if there will be an explanation to that itself to identify cannot yet.
I am am puzzled 2 weeks with unusual physical sensations behind the right shovel (more close to a backbone).eto similar on feeling onemenija with any itch, pokalyvanijami, vibrations. Sensations very distinct, repeatedly repeat within day, a zone - about 5-6 sm in diameter.

Meditation sometimes leads to some strange enough glitches, sometimes in it result both experts a chi kung and other methods of work with consciousness. But this time meditation on a roof has led to some not clear for me personally to consequences. Probably, someone from readers of this blog can explain, that it was...
I meditated on a flat roof of a building, a place rather lonely. Simply disconnected thoughts. After approximately half an hour-hours of meditation there was a strong sensation of presence of that that very big, strong and is similar, very dangerous.
There was a sensation, that someone looks at me very big and powerful. I felt myself simply a cockroach in comparison with this observer. The attention stream was so powerful, that I have nothing it to compare, from the person it is incomparably weaker. This stream of attention was simply the monster, such can give out only very powerful consciousness.
Simultaneously I understood, that to the observer I am indifferent so, that to it to crush me does not represent any work, and it is constrained only by""purely academic"interest to me. It studied me. Sensations at me were still those... Not every day you feel a small insect over which the elephant has brought a foot, but has suddenly decided to consider more attentively and whom it it was actually going to crush...

Everyone reaches true and treats it in own way. I as a result of vital supervision have come to conclusion, that roots of physiological ageing lay in consciousness of the person.
I saw 30-year-old women who considered itself growing old, and through ten years I observed real withering with an early climax... But I also saw women for 50 to which you will not give more than 35... In their lexicon it is not observed even words "ageing", these are full of optimism and energy of the Woman (from the big letter), having young lovers...
Working as the teacher in HIGH SCHOOL, I also could observe curious enough thing: teachers (both men, and women), constantly working with youth, look young than the contemporaries who closely do not contact to young men.
Well-known, as men, and the women of advanced age having young partners, it is literally on eyes look younger So, business in a head?
To me 43 years. I about one year practise such strange thing: every morning, when I go in transport for work, I close eyes and a floor of hour I visualise, that to me 23 years, my body young, vigorous and healthy are real.
I represent a current of energy along a backbone... I am a single whole from the Universe and I can scoop its energy. At me a bright image of my young face which "is as though highlighted" by any unusual light...
Skin cages collagen development, etc. Especially it really strenuously is updated, amplifies to experience, when similar exercise is carried out under corresponding music in style New Age.
Representation of that a face skin rejuvenates, causes unusual sensations, it is similar pokalyvaniju... Then you enter into such meditative condition, sometimes even pictures and sensations of that 23-year-old age emerge.
As result - to me constantly say, that I somehow have strange looked younger. And in general, I have more than 35 years gives nobody.
