The effect from concentration practice appears gradually, but in 2 weeks your abilities to concentration will increase very considerably, you simply can notice it. Any work will be carried out much faster and more qualitatively, and efforts it is required on its performance much less. It opens before you and possibilities for faster professional growth. You will appreciate more, as expert so, you can apply and for corresponding growth of payment of the work. It can and is too pragmatic, but it is the real fact.
And still the most important result which you can receive, practising concentration is a growth of comprehension and higher level of the control of an own life, growth and development of will and mental abilities.

Than the relaxation differs from meditation? I will explain with what my question is connected. Once in the childhood I have absolutely casually appeared at a practical lesson on a relaxation. It was very much for a long time, I can remember not absolutely truly all, but I never will forget the sensations. It was attempt to be disconnected. Us concentrated in words a breath has exhaled, that is all tried to think only of breath, being completely released from all other thoughts. All occurred blindly.
Concerning open eyes. It is unequivocal I can long blink. Constant pressure affects. It with practice comes? Perhaps there is other technique blindly?
